About the role

We need more energy heroes and now we are looking for a Project Manager who wants to join the journey towards a fossil-free life! Is this you? As a project manager, you are responsible for leading and delivering projects in our large service agreement in distribution networks with maintenance of overhead and underground cable networks within different voltage levels. The work is independent but at the same time a great focus is required on cooperation and communication with both internal and external actors.

Some of your main tasks:

• Planning and implementing the project
• Managing and directing the project team
• Responsible for the financial outcome of the projects and managing the closure and follow-up of the finances
• Informing and reporting on the status of the project to the client
• Participating in construction meetings and in negotiations with the client
• Risk management
• Reporting and documenting the success of the project

The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, commitment and quality. In the role of project manager, you will be part of a team with a good atmosphere. You will mainly work from your office but you will also be out on site as day trips within the nearest geography are a natural part of the work.

Requirement specification

To be successful in the role, you need to have the ability to create strong collaborations and set out direction. You are adept at solving problems as they arise and are used to managing risks and unexpected situations. You create commitment through participation and have the ability to set structure and manage to achieve both intermediate and overall goals. Finally, you are business-minded with a good entrepreneurial spirit, but would never let profitability take precedence over safety.

We know that you will develop together with us. But we'd love to see that you already have:

• A completed high school education or higher, preferably in electricity, electrical power, engineering, economics or other relevant field
• Work experience of work management or project management
• Work experience in the electricity or electric power area or overall electricity knowledge is meritorious
• Experience from the construction industry is meritorious
• Computer skills (Office package) and experience of process-driven work in case management systems
• B driving license, as travel occurs in the service
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing
