As a Project Manager, you will work in our large service agreement with new construction and reinforcement projects. We work with both overhead and underground cable networks and within different voltage levels, 0.4-40kv.

We are looking for you who are motivated by creating the best conditions for the technicians in the field and for the organization. The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, commitment and quality. Our hope is that you will help the business grow and also generate further opportunities in cooperation with customers and suppliers. In the role of Project Manager, you will mainly work from your office but you will also be out on site. The work is independent but at the same time requires a strong focus on collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Some of your main tasks:

• Responsibility for business planning and implementation of the projects through work management and coordination.
• Inform and report on the status of the project to the client
• Responsible for the financial outcome of the projects/assignments and manage the closure and follow-up on the economy
• Be involved in construction meetings and in negotiations with the customer
• Active contribution to creating Sweden's safest workplace together

Travel is a natural part of the work as Project Manager. Projects within the service agreements require shorter day trips within the nearest geography.

Requirements specification

As a Project Manager with us, you will be the technicians' main contact for the work carried out in the field. You will lead technicians and subcontractors in their daily work with a focus on technology and progress. In addition to technology, leadership and communication are a big part of everyday life and therefore we are looking for you who have a problem-solving and coaching approach.

In addition to leadership, a large part of the work is to be able to independently drive the projects forward. We are therefore looking for you who take responsibility and who have a great commitment to your assignments. You are motivated by offering good service and quality to your customers, you act professionally with good entrepreneurship and you would never let profitability come before safety. Being able to communicate, inform and negotiate both price and time together with the customer is a big part of the everyday life of a project manager.

With us at Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first and that means we need to have an accepting work climate. We are there for each other and we learn from each other's mistakes. When you join us, there is always a mentorship and depending on your level of experience, the length of the mentorship varies.

We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

• A completed secondary education or higher, preferably in electricity, electrical power, engineering, construction, civil engineering, economy or other relevant field
• Work experience of work management or project management
• Work experience in the electricity or electric power area or overall electricity knowledge is meritorious
• Experience from the construction industry is meritorious
• Computer skills (Office package) and experience of process-driven work in case management systems
• B driving license, as travel occurs in the service
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing. English is meritorious
