About the role

We need more energy heroes and now we are looking for Project Support who want to join the journey towards a fossil-free life! Is it you? Together we make a difference, for the whole society.

In your role as project support, you have an important responsibility in supporting and relieving the project management with mainly financial and administrative tasks. In this position, it is important that you are curious and want to find solutions to problems. You support the maintenance and project managers throughout the project from start-up to completion and have the ability to structure your own way of working.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Ongoing financial management of projects
• Invoice and document management
• Contract interpretation
• Short and long term work planning
• Creating and maintaining procedures
• Participating in dialogues with customers and contractors

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is energetic and who enjoys working with others in a responsible role. As there are many different projects going on at the same time, it is important that you are flexible, proactive and can handle many different tasks at the same time. Some of the tasks are performed against fixed deadlines and you need to be able to plan and structure your work to meet these and thus promote the organization's goals.

In addition to this, we see that:

• You have at least a completed 3-year upper secondary education
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English in speech and writing
• You have previously worked with financial and / or administrative work where you have independently handled reporting, follow-up, invoicing, contracts and general project administration
• You are an experienced computer user and skilled at searching and evaluating information

We see it as a merit if you have experience from the construction industry and to be able to work in case management systems and SAP financial systems
