About the role

We need more energy heroes and now we are looking for Project Support for our station department in Småland who want to join the journey towards a fossil-free life! Is that you? The station department works in the voltage range 0.4-400 kV with maintenance, projects and troubleshooting in switchgears, control systems and other electrical power equipment. Our customers are mainly grid companies, infrastructure companies, industries, municipalities, regions and other service companies.


Your role as project support

As Project Support, you have an important responsibility in supporting and relieving project managers with financial and administrative tasks.


You will work locally close to the project management to support throughout the project from start-up to completion. Responsibilities include ongoing project financial management, invoice management, document management, contract interpretation. Purchasing and purchasing issues may occur.


Requirements

We are looking for you who are structured and organized, you enjoy working independently in a responsible role. As there are many different projects, it is important that you are flexible, proactive and can handle many different tasks at the same time. You are clear in your communication, both in Swedish and English, and you show good social skills in your contacts and in your cooperation with colleagues and customers.

  • You have at least a 3-year upper secondary education, university education is meritorious
  • You have previously worked with financial and / or administrative work where you have independently handled reporting, follow-up, invoicing, contracts, purchasing and general project administration
  • Experience in the construction industry or the electric power industry is meritorious
  • You are an experienced computer user and skilled at searching and evaluating information
  • Experience working in financial systems and case management systems such as SAP and BEST is meritorious
  • Bdriving license is a requirement
