About the role

Real Estate & Facility Management Nordic (RE&FM) is looking for two Regional Managers - one colleague based in Trollhättan or Gothenburg and one colleague based in Ringhals.

RE&FM Nordic is responsible for the delivery of all services within Real Estate and Facility Management within Vattenfall. Among other things, we are responsible for leases, service and maintenance of properties, as well as office services such as security, access control, cleaning, mail handling and office supplies. In several areas, external suppliers of office services are used.

Your responsibilities as Regional Manager

As Regional Manager within RE&FM Nordic, you are the contact person for internal customers and external suppliers of office services for one or more of our offices.

You are responsible for:

  • coordination and quality assurance of RE&FM's office services (cleaning, coffee, fruit, office supplies, etc.) at one or more Vattenfall offices in western Sweden
  • continuous contact and reconciliation with internal customers and external suppliers
  • continuous handling of incoming cases and error reports
  • orders, invoice management and budget follow-up
  • information responsibility towards customers and suppliers
  • project management for relocation and development projects in the FM area



Requirements


  • High school or upper secondary education in a relevant field
  • Several years of experience in a service profession and ordering skills
  • Experience from the Facility Management area is an advantage
  • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, both in Swedish and in English
  • B-driving license
  • Interest in quality issues

Further information

Location Trollhättan/Gothenburg or Ringhals. The service requires travel. Overnight stays occur.
