Responsibilities and tasks

The Security Protection department guides the operations and manages the security protection work at Vattenfall Eldistribution AB. We interact with the entire company and work towards developing the work with security protection in the electricity network industry. We work with, among other things, the development and revision of the company's security protection analysis, check that suppliers comply with signed security protection agreements, act as project support in the business, work with personnel security issues and are responsible for notifying, investigating and reporting incidents that occur against security-sensitive operations.

As a Security Protection Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting a security culture and maintaining the systematic security protection work within the organization. You will be involved in

  • the preparation of specific security assessments
  • the preparation of security agreements
  • security training
  • participating in the follow-up of companies with security agreements
  • suitability assessment of suppliers and subcontractors
  • participating in security analysis work

Requirements

  • High school education or other education/experience deemed relevant by the employer.
  • Relevant training in security protection
  • Experience of security protection work in security-sensitive activities
  • Experience of work in security-protected procurement
  • Experience of special security protection assessments
  • Good understanding of the security policy situation regarding the threat situation and that you continuously keep up to date.
  • Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing is required
