Responsibilities and tasks

The Security Protection department guides the operations and manages the security protection work at Vattenfall Eldistribution AB. We interact with the entire company and work towards developing the work with security protection in the electricity network industry. We work with, among other things, the development and revision of the company's security protection analysis, check that suppliers comply with signed security protection agreements, act as project support in the business, work with personnel security issues and are responsible for notifying, investigating and reporting incidents that occur against security-sensitive operations.

As a Security Protection Specialist in physical protection, you will play a key role in promoting a security culture and maintaining the systematic security protection work within the organization. You will be responsible for security issues related to physical protection by

• managing security protection and physical security issues
• following up your own facilities and carrying out checks on the physical security of the business.
• responsible for the company's spaces for working with security classified information
• developing special security protection assessments
• assisting in the daily work of the department

The team consists of eight security protection specialists spread out in the locations Solna, Trollhättan and Luleå.

Requirement specification

• High school education or other education/experience that the employer deems relevant to the position
• Relevant training in security protection and physical protection
• Several years of experience working with physical security related to e.g..
• Technical knowledge of security work such as protection against eavesdropping, eavesdropping and technical collection, as well as assessment of and measures linked to revealing signals (RÖS), collision protection (PAS 68 standard), locks or other relevant areas.
• Experience in special security protection assessments
• Good understanding of the security policy situation regarding the threat situation and that you continuously keep up to date.
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing is required

Additional:

• Experience of strategic security protection work incl. security protection analysis
• Experience of security work with similar facilities
