About the role

We are now looking for a senior technician / installer for Enwell AB in Stockholm. We are looking for you who have previous long work experience of installing geothermal heating, air water and exhaust air heat pumps.

You should also have experience working with digital reporting as our way of working requires this. Meritorious if you have previously had a supervisory role or similar.

As a senior and experienced Technician / Installer with us, it is important that you have good social skills and that you put the customer's experience of our visit in focus.

You will be part of a lovely and happy team of both experienced colleagues, as well as colleagues who have started their journey in the industry. You will also work closely with our service department. For us, it is important that you as a person can contribute to our development, both within the team and in our customer journey forward.

Your duties include:

• Responsible for the installation and commissioning of various types of heat pumps such as geothermal, air water and exhaust air heat pumps.
• Perform system installations in accordance with applicable regulations and safety standards.
• Ensure correct positioning, piping, electrical installation and connection of heat pump components.
• Conduct trial runs and functional tests of installed heat pumps.
• Perform regular maintenance and servicing of installed heat pumps to ensure optimal functioning of the systems.
• Identify and fix problems that may arise with heat pumps and other associated systems (e.g. circulation pumps, control systems).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems in the heating system.

Customer Contact and Advice

• Give customers guidance and advice on the choice of heating system based on their needs and the conditions of the property.
• Communicate with customers to ensure that installation and service are carried out according to expectations and timeframes.
• Inform customers about energy saving measures and the benefits of installing heat pumps.

Documentation and Reporting

• Keep accurate records and reports of installations, servicing and fault finding.
• Ensure that all documentation, including warranties and certificates, is accurate and filed according to company procedures.

Requirements

Requirements

• Extensive work experience in HVAC work
• Extensive work experience as a technician / heat pump installer specializing in geothermal, air source and exhaust air heat pumps.
• Driving license B
• Good knowledge of Office packages and other digital planning systems
• Good written and oral knowledge of Swedish

Meritande

• Haeta arbeten certifikat
• Telvious experience of working with real estate facilities
• Language skills in addition to the Swedish language
