Enwell is now looking for an experienced Technician/Installer to join our team in Stockholm!

About the role

In this role, you will be part of a wonderful and happy team consisting of both experienced colleagues and new talents in the industry. You will collaborate with colleagues in other technical roles and with our service department. For us, it is important that you as a person can contribute to our development, both within the team and in our customer journey ahead.

You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, service and troubleshooting of various types of heat pumps. You work with everything from piping and electrical connections to functional tests and customer advice. The role also includes documenting the work carefully and ensuring that everything is done according to current regulations - always with the customer's needs and experience in focus.

Your main tasks:

• Responsible for the installation and commissioning of various types of heat pumps such as geothermal, air water and exhaust air heat pumps
• Conduct trial runs and functional tests of installed heat pumps
• Perform regular maintenance and servicing of installed heat pumps to ensure that the systems are operating optimally
• Identify and rectify problems that may arise with heat pumps and other associated systems (e.g. circulation pumps, control systems)
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems in the heating system

Customer Contact and Advice

• Provide customers with advice and guidance on heating systems and energy-saving measures based on the customer's needs and conditions
• Ensure clear communication with the customer regarding installation, service and timeframes

Documentation and Reporting

• Keep accurate records and reports of installations, servicing and fault finding
• Ensure that all documentation, including warranties and certificates, is accurate and filed according to company procedures

Requirements

We are looking for you to have the following:

• Working experience of HVAC work
• Working experience as a technician / heat pump installer specializing in geothermal heating, air water and exhaust air heat pumps
• Willing to work with digital reporting
• Driving license B
• Good knowledge of Office packages and other digital planning systems
• Good written and oral knowledge of Swedish

Meriterande:

• Hot work certificate
• Previous experience of working with real estate facilities
• Previously had a supervisory role or similar
• Language skills beyond the Swedish language

• Personal maturity regarding both the technical and the human aspects of the role
• High service feeling. You are good at creating long-term and sustainable customer relationships
• A responsible and self-driven in your daily work
• Loyalty and work ethic are fundamental values for you
• Taking mentorship for your colleagues and the team as a whole
