About the role

We need more energy heroes and now we are looking for Service Managers who want to contribute to the journey towards a fossil-free life!
As a Service Manager, you will hold a key position in the delivery of service and maintenance services to Sweden's most important infrastructure - the electricity grid. The work is primarily focused on the local network and voltage levels between 0.4 - 36 kV within the framework of our major service agreements.
We are looking for you who are motivated by creating the best conditions for the technicians in the field and for the organization. The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, commitment and quality. Our hope is that you will help the business grow and also generate further opportunities in cooperation with customers and suppliers. In the role of Service Manager, you will mainly work from your office but with regular visits to the field. The work is independent but at the same time requires a strong focus on cooperation and communication with both internal and external actors.
Some of your main duties:
Travel within the immediate geography and our customers' distribution areas is a natural part of the work as a Service Manager.
Requirements
As a Service Manager with us, you will be the technicians' main contact for the work performed in the field. Leadership is a big part of everyday life and therefore we are looking for you who have a problem-solving and coaching approach.
In addition to leadership, a large part of the work is to be able to independently drive the projects forward. We are therefore looking for you who want to take responsibility and who have a great commitment to your assignments. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act professionally with good entrepreneurship and you would never let profitability come before safety.
