About the role

Your role as Service Manager
The substation department works in the voltage range 0.4-400 kV with maintenance, projects and fault rectification in substations, control systems and other electrical power equipment. Our customers are mainly grid companies, infrastructure companies, industries, municipalities, regions and other service companies.
As a service manager, you will mainly work with planning maintenance and service in our customers' facilities as well as smaller projects / rebuilds.
We are looking for you who are motivated by creating the best conditions for the technicians in the field and for the organization. The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, commitment and quality. Our hope is that you will help the business grow and also generate further opportunities in cooperation with customers and suppliers. In the role of Service Manager, you will mainly work from your office but you will also be out in the field. The work is independent but at the same time requires a strong focus on cooperation and communication with both internal and external actors.
Some of your main tasks:
Day trips are a natural part of the work as a Service Manager.
Requirement specification
As a Service Manager with us, you will be the technicians' main contact for the work performed in the field. Leadership is a big part of everyday life and therefore we are looking for you who have a problem-solving and coaching approach.
In addition to leadership, a large part of the work is to be able to independently drive the assignments forward. We are therefore looking for you who want to take responsibility and who have a great commitment to your assignments. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act professionally with good entrepreneurship and you would never let profitability come before safety.
