Then we think you should apply for a summer job as a customer advisor with us. We are now looking for several students who want to work as customer advisors with us for the summer in the towns of Jokkmokk, Solna and Trollhättan.
Your role as a customer advisor
In the role of customer advisor, you will be responsible for providing our customers with fast and professional service. You act as an ambassador for Vattenfall by creating first-class customer experiences for our customers, mainly via telephone and e-mail. In collaboration with your colleagues, you are expected to provide advice and feedback for an improved electricity network delivery with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Working in the summer as a customer advisor gives you the opportunity to learn about Vattenfall's operations and how the energy industry works. You will receive a solid education, which means that you do not need to be an expert in energy to be able to apply for the job. The training alternates between theory and practice with the aim that, after completing the training, you should feel confident in handling the customer matters that you will be working with.
We are looking for you who are studying at high school or college/university. We would like for you to have previous experience from a service profession, such as customer service or a store. You need to be at least 18 years old for this position and be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. This summer job requires that you have good computer skills, preferably within Office packages and SAP.
We are looking for you who is a positive person who loves to talk to customers and to provide good service. You are a communicative, open and social person who listens actively and has the ability to guide the customer in an educational way and provide the best possible service. We also want you to be good at collaborating as you will be working with others.
