Now we are looking for a Supervisor in Construction and Civil Engineering to the Construction Maintenance group at Ringhals

About us

The Construction Maintenance group currently consists of a group manager, 8 maintenance engineers and 2 planning engineers work management. The group works a lot with a maintenance maintenance. Our task includes, for example, inspection and repair measures of all Ringhals building structures.

About the job

We offer an independent and free work where you as a supervisor will be responsible for planning and work management in the areas of forging and mechanical maintenance. The group's other areas are surface treatment, construction, pump and technical insulation. As a supervisor, you are the link between maintenance engineers, operations and other planners in Ringhals organization as well as the group's contact with our hired companies. In the role, you are responsible for the short- and long-term planning for the group, which means, for example, developing action proposals, time and resource estimates. You will also monitor the group's maintenance activities and manage maintenance plans to improve operations.

Requirements specification

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have:

• Education in building technology, preferably with a mechanical focus, or relevant work experience that is considered equivalent
• Previous work experience from planning and work management
• Experience in mechanical maintenance work and technical understanding of mechanical systems is particularly valuable
• Knowledge in property maintenance and contractor or consultant experience (meritorious)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and knowledge of English (meritorious)
• Good computer skills as the work includes the use of various planning tools and Office programs

As a person, you have a structured and strategic way of working, are responsible and have an easy time making contacts and good collaborations. You take initiative, drive activities and achieve results. The work can at times involve a high workload, so it is important that you can keep calm in stressful situations and focus on the right things.
