About the role

What will you do?
As a supervisor, your main task will be to plan and supervise maintenance work at the production plant. The service is part of the construction maintenance unit where you will be one of the unit's representatives in a variety of forums as the role has many interfaces internally and with subcontractors.
You will be responsible for a wide range of business-related services. The majority of these services are performed by subcontractors that you act as an interface with.
Forsmarks Kraftgrupp is looking for area managers for the group, which currently consists of 6 employees. The group is one of 3 groups within the construction maintenance unit that is responsible for building and plant maintenance, process development in the logistics area, storage issues, lifting equipment and elevator maintenance.
Requirement specification
We are looking for you who can handle situations that arise for action and solution in the short and long term.
You lead other people, which requires good collaboration skills to support all parts of the business. You are comfortable leading others and you also enjoy working independently. At Forsmark, great emphasis is placed on documentation, so experience and interest in documenting your work in a structured and accurate way is important.
