About us

We are now looking for a Security Engineer to join our access and security support team. This is a role for those who want to combine security work with development, collaboration and societal benefit.

With us, you will be part of an experienced and committed team that works with the physical protection of nuclear activities. Together we create security and stability - for both people and the environment.

About the role

As a surveillance engineer, you will be an important part of an experienced and close-knit team working with the physical protection at Ringhals. You will collaborate with colleagues in access, lock technology and operational support - and act as a link between operations and security.

You will:

  • Develop working methods and routines in operational surveillance
  • Participate in staff work in events linked to physical protection
  • Plan and follow up surveillance assignments
  • Be a contact person in projects and collaboration
  • Keep up to date on external developments and regulations

You will have the opportunity to influence and develop the business - while contributing to the safety and security of a socially important function.



Requirements specification


About you

We are looking for you who are curious, solution-oriented and have an interest in safety issues. You enjoy collaborating, taking initiative and contributing to development - both in the team and in the business.

You have:

  • Relevant education (university, college or vocational college) or experience from operational security work, staff work or physical security
  • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English
  • Experience from nuclear operations is meritorious
