Vattenfall IT is an internal IT integrated supplier that supports the entire Vattenfall Group. As an end-to-end IT provider, our goal is to excel in delivering effective IT services and solutions. This role belongs in the Asset IT part of the organization. Asset IT takes overall responsibility for all IT deliveries to asset-heavy business units within Vattenfall.
In this role, your focus area will be Vattenfall Vattenkraft Ab, which is a business unit responsible for Vattenfall's 90 hydropower plants and 400 dams in the north. Hydropower's renewable electricity production is a prerequisite for creating a climate-smart and fossil-free society. As part of your work, you discover new trends and developments in IT and decide on their relevance to the IT systems together with the IT architect and the line manager.
