Develop your climate-smart career at Vattenfall Vattenkraft!

Now we are looking for a team leader for our electrical maintenance work. You will be part of a maintenance group consisting of electricians, mechanics, lead fitters, warehouse technicians, alarm technicians, team leaders and managers.

We start from Porjus, Jokkmokk, Vuollerim and Boden - our focus is supervision, maintenance and reconstruction projects at hydropower plants along the Lule river, we can also work with hydropower plants in other rivers if necessary.

As a team leader for our electrical maintenance work, you will focus on:

  • Work management and resource planning
  • Planning, preparation and follow-up
  • Systematic work environment work
  • Coordinating and ensuring that routines and guidelines are followed, and updated when necessary
  • Budget responsibility for assigned work orders
  • Deviation reporting and order processing.

Requirements specification

You are positive, proactive and motivated by taking responsibility in a coordinating role. You inspire confidence, are structured and have good planning skills. You are motivated by doing a good job with high quality without compromising on safety.

You have high school or post-secondary education in, for example, electricity, electric power or control and regulation technology. You have experience of working with electrical technical maintenance. It is advantageous if you have had a leading/coordinating role and worked with planning/implementing electrical maintenance of industrial production facilities.

The work as a team leader requires a good IT habit. We would like to see that you have experience with some digital planning tool and that you are a seasoned Office 365 user, it is advantageous if you have experience with SAP/R3. You speak and write Swedish and English. B driving license is a requirement as travel is included in the service.

More information


Porjus, Jokkmokk or Vuollerim. You need to be able to be in Jokkmokk three to four days/week.
