Job description

With the business digitizing its facilities at an ever-increasing rate, a modern and efficient monitoring and troubleshooting organization is required. There is a need to develop operations together with, among other things, internal groups, operations centers and alarm centers.

In the role of Technical Operations Center Operator, you will, among other things, handle so-called 1st line support for a variety of technical solutions within the Operational Technology area. This includes carrying out initial problem analysis, registering error handling cases, initiating and following up error rectification around Sweden via the business's contractors and suppliers. Alternatively, take advantage of your own unit's skills, so-called 2nd line support.

In addition, you have the following duties

  • You help with commissioning of technical equipment
  • You work continuously with documentation
  • You can participate in internal projects
  • You collaborate with other operating centers within the group, external parties, e.g. national telecom operators, alarm centers etc

Requirements specification

We are looking for you who have:

  • At least a high school education in IT/Technology or equivalent documented competence
  • At least 1 year of experience working with technical support
  • Knowledge of IP-based networks
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

Meritorious if you have:

  • Previously worked with IP-based networks
  • Previously worked with development in IT or Technology
