About the thesis

A learning organization with good experience feedback is an important basis for maintaining good radiation safety, avoiding incidents and accidents and contributing to good production economy. The area includes both the identification and logging of cases, but also to implement corrective actions and follow up that these give the expected result. The work is driven by the entire company and permeates the entire business. Good work can always be improved, for example by being inspired by good working methods in your own business or other industries and other companies in the same industry. In this thesis, we are looking for a graduate who has the ability to see the bigger picture in the business need for priorities to support organizational learning. We propose an analytical work, where Ringhals AB's work with experience feedback is analyzed to find a prioritization model based on empirical data from the business and supported by scientific models.

Topic/Assignment

More or less all companies work actively with experience feedback and organizational learning, for example to improve the quality of their deliveries, streamline their product or ensure that the service they offer is safe and secure. It is particularly important to avoid repeated problems, as these should ideally be caught and solved the first time they occur.

We would like to see a cross-functional approach in the work to see the effects of existing work and development opportunities. Ringhals AB has a comprehensive reporting system that contains a lot of information that is searchable in different ways. The system contains reporting of varying levels. The importance of the nature of the reporting and the business need to prioritize the information and its relationship to learning and the company's goals are analyzed.

Ringhals AB works with organizational learning. What lessons can be learned to prioritize experiences and actions and create a prioritization model that improves Ringhals work in organizational learning.

Goal/Purpose

The purpose is to better prioritize cases within Ringhals experience work and contribute to a more learning organization.

The aim is to contribute to a streamlining of Ringhals working methods and routines.

This assignment is for one or two students


Requirement specification

Your profile

We are looking for a student who wants to work with energy production and who will soon graduate from your academic studies. You are also someone who identifies with our principles: Active, Open, Positive and Safety.

- Education - Master's level student with a technical focus at university or college.

- Scope - 30 credits

- Swedish: Very good knowledge in speech and writing

- English: Good knowledge in speech and writing

- You should be a driven person with good ability to work independently and structured. Furthermore, you should be a person who can take the initiative and make contact with new people in different areas, and gradually find your way to new contacts and new information.
