About the role

Customer Analytics Nordic is a cross-functional unit within Vattenfall working to enable data-driven decisions within our customer businesses. We combine expertise in data analytics, business development and technology to create insights that drive sustainability and customer value.

We offer thesis projects in areas such as:

• Customer Analytics
• Predictive Modelling
• Data Quality
• Visualization
• Business Optimization

Students are also encouraged to come up with their own project proposals within this framework. Examples of possible themes:

• Automation
• Developing cost-effective and sustainable cloud computing solutions
• Enabling AI in large organizations - how to build AI from scratch
• Machine learning

This assignment is intended for 1 student

Requirements specification

We are looking for a student who wants to work towards fossil-free and who will soon graduate from your academic studies. You are also someone who identifies with our principles: Active, Open, Positive and Safety

We would like you to have:

• An educational background in Computer Science or similar technical/scientific field
• The ability to complete a degree project of 30 credits
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing

• The assignment starts: 2026-01-01 or by agreement
• Location: Solna, Stockholm
