Are you the new principal at Fyrverkeriet cultural school?
The cultural school is organized under the cultural department, which has a good and extensive collaboration with other service areas. The cultural department works collectively for common goals for the municipality's residents in line with the municipality's cultural strategy and municipal plan.
We are looking for you with broad artistic expertise who are passionate about spreading the joy of art and culture to the entire population, and who want to create an environment where students, teachers and all partners thrive and experience mastery.
The administration consists of the principal and inspector who work closely together in a team. Fyrverkeriet kulturskole has 10 employees divided into 5.56 full-time equivalents. The school has approx. 250 ordinary student places, but runs programs for about 1400 inhabitants during the year. The school is located in its own building in Raufoss and offers music, singing, theater, visual arts and digital art, but also has great activity in arenas such as schools, care centers and the cultural center's stage. The rector participates in the culture department's management group, which works strategically with opportunities, challenges and conditions for development. In addition to working closely with voluntary teams and associations, various municipal disciplines, professional cultural actors, DKS and UKM, we are involved in several major projects such as Fargespill.
Since collaboration is important to us, you must thrive on developing new collaborations, actively seeking out new environments and working together with municipal residents.
