About the medical office
The office is developing after the transition to municipal operation, and we are actively working to further develop good work processes and a good professional environment. Expansion into new premises is also planned over the coming years. This gives you the opportunity to influence the design of future solutions.
The medical office currently has:

  • 3 GP vacancies
  • Department manager
  • Skilled and experienced health secretaries

The patient list is owned by the municipality, giving you as a doctor a predictable and financially secure start-up.

Tasks

  • General medical work in line with current legislation and agreements
  • Participation in Gjøvik inter-municipal out-of-hours service, located at Gjøvik Innlandet Hospital
  • Collegial absence coverage between the doctors at the medical office
  • Out-of-hours service, approx. 6-8 shifts per quarter
  • Fixed salary at night according to SFS 2305
  • Nutritional operation during the day/evening
  • Possibility for individual adaptation of shifts

Qualifications

  • Specialist in general medicine
  • Good Norwegian language skills, oral and written
  • Knowledge of the Norwegian health care system and relevant legislation
  • We would like you to have experience as a GP and be able to contribute professionally in an environment with doctors in specialization

Agreement terms

  • The position is advertised as 8.2 agreement
  • The municipality is open to considering alternative forms of operation
  • No mandatory secondary position at start-up. Secondary position can be added in line with ASA 4310
