Health professionals in permanent positions

Would you like to help ensure that our children have meaningful and happy days? As well as helping to ensure that the services we provide are developing and in the best interests of the children?

With us at Lunders veg day and respite center, we offer day care and respite care for people with physical and mental disabilities. The service focuses on social participation, development and activity, to give relatives with particularly heavy care work the break they need.

A working day with us involves targeted environmental therapy, for example in the form of participating in activities together with the user, practicing skills and generally facilitating a good day for our users. We also appreciate if you like to play and have fun! With us, no two days are the same!

We need:

• Health professional 86% with work every 2nd weekend.
• Health professional 2 x 53% with work every 2nd weekend.

Who are you?

• You have a desire to work with children and young people, have knowledge of the user group and are concerned with quality in the work you do
• You are interested in why and how, and enjoy reflecting on your own professional practice
• You enjoy working with other agencies and relatives
• You have knowledge of developmental disabilities, autism, autism, epilepsy and habilitation
• You are confident in yourself and enjoy taking action
• You are a supportive colleague who contributes to a pleasant working environment

Desired qualifications

• Experience with medication management
• Education as a skilled worker as a skilled worker is a requirement for a permanent position
• Experience with professional systems such as Gerica and Compilo
• Driver's license class B
• Good Norwegian language skills
• Personal suitability is given great weight
