The Ytterskogvegen assisted living facility consists of assisted living units and subsidized apartments for residents with varying degrees of disability and a range of care needs. Ytterskogvegen also offers on-demand services.  

The facility is centrally located in Reinsvoll in the municipality of Vestre Toten and is staffed around the clock. The staff consists of social care workers, healthcare workers, and assistants with a strong professional focus.

You will have the opportunity to work in a highly skilled professional team and help shape and develop services tailored to the residents, as well as contribute to the implementation of action plans focused on self-management and habilitation. You will have professional responsibility for assigned residents, for whom you will provide follow-up in accordance with established procedures and legislation.

The positions involve close collaboration with colleagues, family members, and external partners.  As of today, the positions are part of a two-part rotation schedule with work every third weekend. There may be an option for an alternative work schedule with 12-hour shifts on weekdays and/or weekends, working every fourth weekend.

The positions are available starting November 16, 2026, for a period of 1 year

Qualifications

  • Licensed social care worker/nurse
  • Medical expertise
  • Preferably experience in the field
  • Experience with the Gerica system is desirable but not required
  • Class B driver’s license
  • Personal suitability will be emphasized
  • The position requires an approved police background check

Job duties:

  • Focus on goal-oriented environmental work
