Home care services in Vestre Toten Municipality are constantly evolving, and we need you to help shape the future of home care. We have many different tasks, and the days are varied. You are resilient and positive on demanding days and thrive best when working in a dynamic environment.

We are now seeking dedicated nurses for a 100% permanent position. Why choose us?

In our home care services, no two days are alike. You’ll work independently, but never alone—in a strong professional environment with colleagues who care about their work, our clients, and each other.

With us, you’ll get:

  • A workday with a high degree of independence and professional responsibility
  • The opportunity to work holistically with patient care pathways
  • We utilize pharmacy technicians who work alongside nurses in medication rooms.
  • Close interdisciplinary collaboration with occupational therapists and physical therapists, among others
  • A service in development, where your voice and ideas matter

We actively work on daily living skills, so that our clients can live good, independent lives at home for as long as possible.

You will be part of a primary care team and collaborate with several specialized teams—including those focused on assessment and coping, dementia, wound care, and follow-up of seriously ill patients.

Each shift has a dedicated shift supervisor (nurse) who ensures good coordination and workflow.

We use modern digital solutions such as Spider, which contribute to better route planning and a more efficient workday.
