We are looking for a committed and professionally skilled social worker for our team at Elvesvingen care home. As a social worker with us, you will have a varied and meaningful working day. You will be a key person in organizing services, ensuring professional quality and helping residents experience mastery and joy of life.

Tasks:

• Facilitation and follow-up of services for people with different functional variables and complex needs
• Preparation and follow-up of decisions and action plans
• Medication management and health-related tasks
• Supervision of colleagues and collaboration with relatives and external agencies
• Contribute to a good working environment and professional development

We are looking for you who:

• Have authorization as a social worker
• Have knowledge of HOL chapter 9 and preparation/follow-up of decisions
• Have good computer skills
• Driver's license class B

3. year students are encouraged to apply
