About the role

We are looking for a Business Controller who wants to step into a central and broad role with great development potential. You will be part of building and further developing the structure, processes and follow-up in controlling in a comprehensive incredibly exciting project.

The role involves close cooperation with project management, management and other key functions, where you contribute to creating transparency, cost control and stable forecasts that provide security both internally and externally.

You will:

• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and monitoring

• Develop and improve controlling processes, models and reporting

• Analyze variances, cost drivers and risks

• Provide decision support to management, board and external stakeholders

• Be an active support to the project organization in financial matters

• Contribute to a good structure and governance

We believe that you

• Have relevant academic education in finance

• Have experience in controlling, project monitoring or similar roles

• Is structured, analytical and self-driven

• Thrive in an environment where you get to help shape

• Have the ability to communicate and enjoy working in close dialogue

Experience from major investment or industrial projects is meritorious, but most important is your drive, curiosity and willingness to take responsibility.
