Viscaria mine in Kiruna is a significant copper deposit with strong geological and technical potential. With permits in place and a clear focus on modern and sustainable mining, operations continue to develop. The next phase involves strengthening the organization with clear roles and responsibilities.

We are now looking for a driven and structured Communications Coordinator who wants to be involved in developing communication around one of Sweden's most exciting industrial projects.

As Communications Coordinator, you will have a central role in the operational communication work for Viscaria, both internally and externally. You will work closely with Viscaria's Head of Communications and collaborate with external agencies and specialists in IR, PR, design, film, photography and events, who provide support in larger and more complex projects - you are not expected to carry all specialist areas yourself.

The role is implementation-oriented and involves responsibility for planning, production and publication of communication in our channels, as well as for keeping the ongoing flow of everyday life together. You will work independently within clear priorities and in close dialog with the Head of Communication.

Overarching communication strategy, annual planning, IR and reporting related issues as well as sensitive management issues are owned by the Head of Communication.

Travel within the service occurs.

You will, among other things:

• Produce and publish content for web, intranet and social media.

• Develop targeted texts and presentation materials.

• Interview internal experts and translate business insights into clear and engaging communications.

• Responsible for continuous updates in digital channels.

• Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers in operational projects.

• Support in planning and implementation of events and visits from a communication perspective.

• Manage image bank and communication materials.

• Be part of Viscaria's crisis and disaster team together with the Head of Communications.

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in operational communication and who thrive in a role with clear implementation responsibility. You are used to working independently within given frameworks and have the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks.

You are structured, confident in your judgment and have a good sense of what is relevant to highlight - and also what is not.

We look for you to have:

• Good experience of text production for digital channels.

• Ability to plan, prioritize and deliver with quality even when the pace is high.

• Experience in collaborating with external suppliers and following up on production

• Good understanding of social media and mobile content.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing.

• B driving license.
