Viscaria is in an intensive development phase and continues to strengthen the organization. We are now looking for a driven and creative Communicator who wants to be involved in developing Sweden's most exciting industrial project.

As a Communicator, you will have a central role in planning, producing and coordinating communication for Viscaria, both internally and externally. You will work closely with Viscaria's Head of Communications and have a well-established partnership with several agencies and consultants in IR, PR, design, film, photography and events. Together we build a strong and long-term communication work that reflects our business, our culture and our ambitions.

About the role

In the role of Communicator, you will be a key person in our communication function. You will work both operationally and strategically, contribute to planning and decision-making processes and be responsible for creating content adapted to our target groups and channels. Travel within the position is possible.

You will, among other things:

• Producing engaging, informative and targeted content for web, social media, press, intranet and events.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Communication in the planning, implementation and quality assurance of communication and IR/PR work.

• Work in close collaboration with our main agencies and external specialists in IR, PR, design, mobile content and events - including ordering, setting requirements and following up deliveries.

• Interviewing in-house experts, project managers and partners for articles, features and content production.

• Drive and further develop our digital content, visibility and tone of voice across our channels.

• Plan, coordinate and implement smaller and larger events, visits, tours and internal activities that strengthen relationships and branding

• Being present in the business, getting to know colleagues, workplaces and projects - and turning insights into strong communication.

• Together with the Head of Communications, be part of Viscaria's crisis and disaster response team and manage communication-related aspects of emergency response
.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience working as a communicator or equivalent role and who thrive in a fast-paced environment, clear progress and great variety of tasks. You have very good stylistic ability and feel confident in writing for different formats and target groups. We look for you to have:

• Very good experience of text production for digital channels.

• Ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with others.

• Experience in working with external suppliers and in ordering and following up production.
• Good understanding of social media, mobile media and modern digital communication.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• B driving license

As a person, you are enterprising, structured, curious and solution-oriented. You enjoy working closely with the business, thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are happy to contribute new ideas to develop our joint communication work.
