Viscaria mine in Kiruna is a significant copper deposit with strong geological and technical potential. With permits in place and a clear focus on modern and sustainable mining, operations continue to develop. The next phase involves strengthening the organization with clear roles and responsibilities.
We are now looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to take an active role in HR work as new functions and parts of the business take shape. The role involves broad responsibility and close collaboration with managers in a developing organization.
About the role
As an HR Business Partner, you work closely with managers and the business and have a central role in the ongoing HR work. The role is broad and means that you work in several parts of the HR area, depending on what the business needs at different stages.
You support managers in matters relating to recruitment, labor law, collective agreements, salary formation and work environment. The work includes both operational HR support in everyday life and the development of working methods. As new roles and functions are established, recruitment and skills supply become an important part of the assignment. In the recruitment work, you contribute with structure and support in collaboration with responsible managers and external parties when needed.
Duties may include:
- Recruitment and skills provision
- Interpretation and application of labour law and collective agreements
- Support to managers on employee and organizational issues
- Wage formation and payroll issues
- HR administration and systems support
- Development and quality assurance of HR processes
- Work environment and issues related to culture and employer brand
The content of the assignment evolves in line with the needs of the business.
Who we are looking for

- Experience with HR systems and digital tools
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English
