Viscaria is a Swedish listed mining company with a focus on restarting the Viscaria mine in Kiruna - a copper deposit with very good geological conditions. The company is working to develop a modern and responsible mining operation where new technology, efficient processes and high environmental standards are a natural part of the business.
Copper is one of the world's most sought-after metals and plays a central role in electrification, renewable energy and the green transition. The ambition is for the Viscaria mine to become a major supplier of responsibly produced copper to Europe.
After obtaining the necessary permits, the company is now in a phase where the organization is growing and preparing for future production. The project includes, among other things, the development of new facilities and the building of an organization that will run the business in the long term.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be part of this journey and have the opportunity to help shape working methods, culture and HR structure in a growing company.
The role offers the opportunity to start from Luleå with a hybrid/distance arrangement, combined with regular presence in Kiruna.
About the role
As an HR Business Partner, you work closely with managers and operations and have a central role in the daily HR work. The role is broad and varied and the content can be partly adapted to your experience and strengths.
For example, you may come from a broad HR role, have worked more specialized with recruitment or have experience of staff-related work in another function. You will support managers in matters relating to recruitment, work environment, employee issues, structure and development. The work includes both operational support in everyday life and the opportunity to contribute to the development of processes and working methods.
As new roles and functions are established, recruitment and skills supply become an important part of the assignment. Here you contribute with structure, coordination and support in close cooperation with the responsible managers.

Induction and onboarding of new employees
Employment law and collective bargaining related issues
Payroll processes and HRrelated administration
HR systems and digital tools
Development and quality assurance of HR processes

We are looking for you
We are looking for you who have experience in HR, recruitment or other work where you have supported managers, employees or organizations in personnel-related issues.
You may have an academic education in the HR / personnel field, behavioral science or similar - but it can also be experience that has given you equivalent knowledge.
We would like you to have:
Experience of HR work, recruitment or similar role
Interest in labor law, work environment and management support
Experience of administrative tasks and digital systems
Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English
It is meritorious if you have previously worked in a business in growth and/or industrial environment - but it is not a requirement for the position.
