Viscaria is a Swedish listed mining company with a focus on restarting the Viscaria mine in Kiruna - a copper deposit with very good geological conditions. The company is working to develop a modern and responsible mining operation where new technology, efficient processes and high environmental standards are a natural part of the business.
Copper is one of the world's most sought-after metals and plays a central role in electrification, renewable energy and the green transition. The ambition is for the Viscaria mine to become a major supplier of responsibly produced copper to Europe.
After obtaining the necessary permits, the company is now in a phase where the organization is growing and preparing for future production. The project includes, among other things, the development of new facilities and the building of an organization that will run the business in the long term.
As HR coordinator, you will be part of this journey and have the opportunity to help create structure and support in the HR work of a growing company.
About the role
As HR coordinator, you have a central and supportive function in the daily HR work. You work closely with the HR manager in particular and also other managers within the organization and help to create structure, quality and efficiency in processes and routines.
During the initial period, the main focus will be on recruitment, where you support the entire process - from needs analysis and advertising to coordination and follow-up.
In addition to recruitment, you also work broadly in the HR area with administration, coordination and support in various personnel-related issues. The role is suitable for those who like variety and want to develop in several parts of HR.

Examples of common duties include:
Coordinate and administer recruitment processes
Publish advertisements and manage selection, bookings and candidate dialog
Support managers in recruitment efforts
HR administration, such as contracts, documentation and personnel data
Support in work environment and personnel-related issues
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures
We are looking for you
We are looking for you who have an interest in HR and who thrive in a coordinating and administrative role with many contact surfaces.
You may have a degree in HR, personnel science or similar, or have gained equivalent experience through work.
We would like you to have:
Experience of administrative work, preferably in HR or recruitment
Interest in recruitment and personnel issues
Good system skills and experience of working in digital tools
Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English
It is a merit if you have previously worked in a business in a growth and/or industrial environment - but it is not a requirement for the position.
