Now we are looking for a driven and development-oriented Maintenance Manager for the processing plant, a central role in both the start-up phase and the future operation of the Viscaria mine.
About the role
As Maintenance Manager, you have the overall responsibility to ensure safe, efficient and long-term sustainable maintenance operations. You are part of the management team for the enrichment plant and help drive the business towards set goals in safety, production, availability and cost optimization.
An important part of the role is to lead and develop people - you create the conditions for commitment, responsibility and a strong maintenance culture through a present and coaching leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for two maintenance engineers, a planner and a production manager for the maintenance force.
Your main tasks:
Responsibility for implementing and ensuring that maintenance documentation and working methods are of high quality and ready for operation before the start of production. You will establish CMMS structures, preventive maintenance and efficient planning processes, while contributing to commissioning and handover from project to line. You lay the foundation for stable, sustainable and efficient maintenance.
Furthermore, you have an overall responsibility for ensuring high technical availability and stable operational reliability of the plant during production. You work in a structured way with effective planning and scheduling of maintenance and drive continuous improvements based on data, analysis and clear follow-up. By optimizing maintenance strategies and working long-term with life cycle costs, you contribute to a sustainable and cost-effective operation.
The role also involves responsibility for monitoring key KPIs such as availability, MTBF and maintenance costs, as well as ensuring that the operation meets current safety and environmental requirements.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who have a relevant technical education and experience in leading, coaching and developing people and have the ability to create commitment and clarity in your team. You have experience from the process industry and are used to working with maintenance and asset management in technical environments. With a good understanding of planning, preparation and CMMS, you contribute to structure and operational reliability.
As a person, you are development-oriented, thorough, communicative and unpretentious. You thrive in a leadership role with great responsibility and you feel confident when it comes to decision-making. You are not afraid to make mistakes, but see them as an opportunity to develop and improve ways of working over time.
