We are looking for a Production Manager for our mining organization who wants to contribute to developing and shaping the future of mining together with us.

About the role

In the role of Production Manager, you are responsible for the daily management and control of production within the mine. You lead and develop the work in production drilling and loading and ensure that operations are conducted efficiently, safely and according to set goals.

You have personnel responsibility and work environment responsibility for the miners in your area, which means that you work actively with leadership, skills development, staffing and a safe work environment.

You report to the section manager and contribute to the work of developing routines, working methods and production processes. Through close cooperation with engineers, technicians and other functions, you ensure a high production standard where safety is always in focus.

Who we are looking for

We would like you to have several years of experience from the mining industry or other heavy industry, preferably in a leading role in production. You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have a B driving license.

You are a confident and clear leader who motivates your employees and creates commitment in the group. You have a good ability to plan, prioritize and follow up the business, while being able to see both details and the big picture.

It is meritorious if you have a relevant university education at university or civil engineering level.
