We at Viscaria are now looking for a purchasing manager based in Kiruna who wants to help us take our purchasing processes to the next level. You will have overall responsibility and play a key role in our upcoming large project procurements.

Your role

As a Purchasing Manager, you will lead and develop the purchasing work for our business. You will be responsible for the entire purchasing process, from planning and negotiation to follow-up and analysis, and do so in close collaboration with both operations and suppliers.

Your tasks include:

• Developing and implementing procurement strategy and processes
• Bidding, negotiating, contracting
.
• Ensure that deliveries are on time and meet our quality requirements
• Analyze market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly
• Support and lead the business towards set project goals
• Monitoring and analysis

Your background

We believe that you as an applicant have experience in purchasing and / or a relevant education in, for example, economics. You are a structured and reliable person who enjoys working in a team. If you have experience from large project procurements and a good contact network, it is a plus. Above all, we see that you have a great commitment, drive and thrive in a high pace.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience in purchasing, preferably in a similar industry
• Good skills in negotiating and building relationships with suppliers
• Ability to think strategically and long-term
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
