Viscaria mine in Kiruna is a significant copper deposit with strong geological and technical potential. With permits in place and a clear focus on modern and sustainable mining, operations continue to develop. The next phase involves strengthening the organization with clear roles and responsibilities.

We are looking for a Production Section Manager to join our mining organization who wants to help develop and shape the future of mining together with us.

About the role

In the role, you will participate in the mine's development of contracts and routines in production, as well as their implementation. You will be responsible for, among other things, production drilling, drilling, loading and rock transportation.

You will be part of the mine's management team and report to the mine manager.

By collaborating with engineers and technicians, you will ensure that we maintain a high production standard while focusing on safety.

Who we are looking for

We would like you to have more than 10 years of work experience in the field. You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing, and hold a B-driving license.

You appreciate the freedom to think strategically and have the ability to see both details and the big picture when it comes to your work. We value an ability to adapt to changing conditions and to solve problems with creativity and expertise.

It is meritorious if you have a relevant university education at university or civil engineering level.
