We are looking for two technicians with good technical understanding and a strong commitment to ensuring efficient and reliable operations.

You will design working methods and routines, while alternating between practical mechanical work and strategic planning. This is a unique opportunity to influence the shape of the role and the business. Our organization is under construction and you will work both operationally and strategically. With two technicians on site, work is done during the day but shift work may occur during the start-up phase, even at night sometimes. You will also work closely with our environmental department and other internal and external contacts to make the business work. Later on in the process, you will be part of the enrichment plant's operations organization.

We are looking for you who are structured, innovative and flexible. You have experience of both operational work and planning in a process plant, as well as practical mechanical work. Experience of participating in the start-up of a new plant or a new part of an existing plant is meritorious. Your technical experience is complemented by good knowledge of Office programs and computer skills. A B license is required, as well as Swedish and English language skills, while Finnish is an advantage.
