This position is based in Ludvika, the team is distributed in different geographical locations in Sweden.

How you'll make an impact

  • Support the energy transition and work in gigawatt transmission projects.
  • Lead and coach an engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Inspire and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Challenge us and drive improvements for processes and ways of working to fit business strategies.
  • Define goals and strategies for the team.

Your background

  • You have a university degree within engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working in an engineering environment within acoustics and/or structural dynamics.
  • Experience working as manager and/or leader for several years.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
  • Experience working in an environment with continuously emerging opportunities and challenges, and the ability to lead through changes
  • Ability to prioritize and allocate resources to align with department and company goals.
