High Voltage Products is a leader in the development, manufacture and sale of high voltage products for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy. We are now looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Surge Arresters and Capacitors in Ludvika, Sweden.

We are now offering an exciting position as a Maintenance Supervisor. Here you get the chance to lead a team of currently 13 mechanics and electricians and work closely with maintenance and workshop managers to maintain the best possible availability in our production. We are currently in an expansive phase with major new investments in production.

We are therefore looking for you with experience and interest in maintenance and technology. To thrive and develop in the role, we see that you should have a few years of experience of practical work in the field and have a great interest in leading people and developing the business forward. The service is multifaceted and you should therefore thrive in a business and everyday life where you get to keep many balls in the air and be involved and influence in large and small. You report to the maintenance manager and are part of the unit's production team.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and distribute work and tasks in preventive and remedial maintenance to meet given key figures.
  • Drive improvements in maintenance, working methods, working methods
  • Responsible for strategy in your own area and be involved in overall strategy work
  • Personnel and budget and performance responsibility in your area of responsibility
  • Coordinate work performed by external suppliers
  • Develop and motivate employees in your maintenance team
