We are looking for an On-Site Service Coordinator who wants to take the lead in driving operational excellence together with six dedicated support technicians in Västerås. This role is more than just IT support - it's about leading a high-performing team that is key to our global IT operations.

In this key role, you will:

• Ensure high quality of service and continuous improvement.
• Participate in global IT projects and implement new technologies.
• Contribute to strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and company procedures.

Your profile:

• Dependent knowledge in IT systems, networking and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and a user-centered approach.
• Ability to multi-task in a changing environment.
• Documented experience in leading and motivating teams.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Committed to personal and team development.
