The opportunity

Power Transformers is growing, want to be part of our expansion.

We are looking for you who are a committed and motivated leader who wants to be involved in driving improvements as well as leading and participating in development projects to improve efficiency, quality and safety.

You will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, implementing technical solutions and supporting production in daily work.

You will be part of a great team with good camaraderie, helping each other and making sure to bring out the best of each other's knowledge and experience.

How you will make an impact

  • You will be an engaged and motivating leader, developing and supporting your team of production technicians.
  • You will ensure technical capacity, optimize processes and internal logistics.
  • You will lead and participate in development projects to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
  • Active participation in new investments and strategic projects.
  • You will lead the team through planning as well as executing and following up on installations of new machines, equipment and tools.
  • The role involves close collaboration with production managers, production supervisors as well as quality, maintenance and R&D teams.

Your background

  • You have an engineering degree or other relevant equivalent professional experience.
  • You are a structured and driven leader with very good communication skills and you have a technical interest.
  • Documented leadership experience and work experience in production technology is an advantage.
  • You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
