For this particular role, we are looking for someone who is structured, stress-resistant and analytical. You have good collaboration skills and easy to build relationships. This is Stegra

Stegra aims to transform the global steel industry by producing green hydrogen, iron and steel - with the ambition to eliminate CO₂ emissions. Instead of coal, we use green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity, which means that our main emissions will be water and heat.

Our ambition is to produce 5 million tons of green steel annually by 2030 in our fully integrated, digitalized and sustainable plant in Boden - which is currently under construction. But this is just the beginning. Our expertise in green hydrogen is making it possible to decarbonize industries beyond steel and pave the way for a cleaner future.

Our Boden plant

Our Boden plant is located just west of the city of Boden, right in the heart of a growing green industrial hub in northern Sweden. Here we are building one of the world's most modern and sustainable steel mills - designed with safety, efficiency and people in mind. Just a 10-minute commute from the city, you're close to both cutting-edge technology and everyday life with nature, schools and community around the corner.
