Hitachi Energy Components is looking for a driven and result-oriented Production Developer.

You will be part of the Winding Couplers within Hitachi Energy in Ludvika.

How you will make an impact

  • Implement, analyze, develop methods and technologies for the next step in smart manufacturing.
  • Work with production efficiency and standardize production processes.
  • Drive and lead implementation of smart technologies for quality assurance.
  • The winding couplers have a strong focus on lean implementation. Your responsibility will be to lead and execute projects in this area.
  • Optimize products together with engineering and R&D department for smarter manufacturing.
  • Lead major investment projects (CapEx investments)
  • Work closely with production management to develop and maintain our world-class production lines.

Your background

  • You have a bachelor's, master's or master's degree in the relevant field or have gained similar skills during your years in the production and engineering field in the manufacturing industry.
  • Results-oriented and driven to develop the future of production.
  • Spoken/written Swedish and English
  • Prepared to work with long-term strategies but also handle daily operational issues
  • Experience from leadership roles is meritorious
  • Experience in implementing LEAN projects in production is meritorious
  • Experience in working with clocked production lines and managing production systems for this is meritorious
  • Experience in working with production systems (MES), ERP systems (SAP) is meritorious
