Are you the one?

The opportunity

The Power Transformers factory is growing, and we are looking for you to join us in driving improvements in manufacturing processes.

Do you want to work closely with production and contribute to improving our manufacturing processes? You will play a key role in identifying areas of improvement, implementing technical solutions and supporting the production in the daily work.

At Production Engineering we work integrated with the production but also several other parts of the organization such as quality, maintenance, design and purchasing both internally and globally.

You will act as a support to the production and work on analyzing and improving production flows with a focus on quality, efficiency and safety. You will also develop and update work instructions and technical documentation, as well as support the introduction of new processes but also take responsibility and drive investment projects. You will also manage the implementation of new tools and also work on R&D solutions.

You will be part of a great team with good camaraderie, helping each other and making sure to bring out the best of each other's knowledge and experience.

How you will make an impact

  • Support and optimize production processes in our manufacturing operations.
  • Participate in the implementation of new products and production solutions.
  • Drive operational actions related to HSE, quality, delivery, productivity and processes.
  • Active participation in new investments and strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance and R&D teams.

Your background

  • You have a technical education in production, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or similar.
  • Experience in production engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment or experience in active sub-processes and a strong technical interest.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other improvement methods is a plus
  • You have a proactive, analytical and solution-focused attitude.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

In the role, you will have a central position and therefore need to be able to be flexible. This means - in addition to being able to collaborate in a smooth and flexible way - that you are committed, take initiative and are responsible for your own work. Equally important is that you approach your challenges with accuracy and structure and that you are used to holding and leading meetings and projects.

What we offer
