How you will influence

• Responsibility for safety, quality, delivery and finance for one of our production sections within Components in Ludvika.
• Continuous improvement is something that is highly valued within Lindningskopplarna and you will have a key role in driving this work forward together with your staff.
• Be part of the production management team where you contribute to, among other things, strategy work, both for the entire production and your sections.
• Ensure a safe workplace together with your group.
• Responsible for ensuring that the delivery plan is followed and that we deliver with the right quality according to customer expectations.
• In addition to the work you do with your employees, you will have many contacts within Components and with other units within Hitachi Energy as well as with suppliers and customers.

Your background

• You have previous management experience with personnel responsibility or you have expertise from leadership in larger projects.
• Relevant academic education is an advantage.
• Good understanding of industry and previous experience in a production environment.
• As a leader, you are driven, have a strong desire to improve and the ability to motivate others to build a successful team.
• You are quality and results focused.
• Have good communication skills and are structured and analytical.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
