How you’ll make an impact
- Lead the development and implementation of digital closed-loop control systems for new converter platforms.
- Contribute to the end-to-end design process: from concept and simulation to circuit, and control system design, prototyping, and product verification.
- Collaborate on the development of hardware control circuitry and define control system limits.
- Perform modeling and simulation of power converters and define optimal control strategies for various converter topologies and control functions.
- Lead R&D projects or work packages with a structured, results-driven approach; document outcomes in technical reports, presentations, patents, or publications.
- Contribute to innovation by proposing new R&D initiatives and support with R&D process improvements.
- Support global R&D teams in delivering high-quality results, while fostering knowledge sharing. Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Uphold Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility while caring for others and the business.
Your Background
