Are you the one?

Do you want to be part of SSAB's journey to become the world's safest steel company and create a fossil-free steel production? Are you passionate about leadership? Then this could be your next challenge. We are looking for a leader with strong self-awareness who is a team player, actively contributes to improvements, leads by example, spreads positive energy and has the ability to achieve results. Becoming part of the SSAB family means joining a journey. A journey that we believe is crucial for the future of the planet and sustainability. Steel has been one of the most important materials for the development of our society and will continue to be so in the future. In our homes, in bridges connecting our cities and in the cars of tomorrow. At SSAB, we are proud of our history and our leadership in high strength steel. At the same time, we are aware that steel production is one of the industries that emits the most greenhouse gases in the world. This must change. We have therefore developed the world's first fossil-free process for steel production and are committed to becoming largely fossil-free. As part of SSAB, you will be important in realizing this goal and thus contributing to a green transition of the entire steel industry.

Some words from your future manager

"For me, the most important thing is that we enjoy and feel good at work - that is the basis for everything. I strongly believe in unpretentious leadership where we, managers and employees together, find ways forward and reach our goals as a team. When we listen to each other, lift each other up and dare to give feedback, we create a culture where everyone can grow.

Being part of the journey of change that SSAB is on is both exciting and meaningful. Of course there are challenges - but together we make it possible. And it is precisely in the common ground that the power lies!"
