As a Maintenance Generalist at the Continuous Casting, you will, together with technicians, mechanics and other professional groups, be the coordinator of UH activities in the area of responsibility.

The task is to work with effective maintenance and improvement measures to ensure high availability of the facilities.

Your main responsibilities

• The generalist's focus is on rounding the plant based on a laid plan and having good knowledge of the current machine status.
• The work also involves planning and preparation of UH work, and you work with both remedial and preventive maintenance.

About you

• You have a high school diploma, preferably with a mechanical maintenance focus.
• You have experience from previous maintenance work.
• If you have good plant knowledge and are used to reading drawings, this is a plus.
• Experience with maintenance systems is an advantage as you will work a lot in the maintenance system IFS8.
• You are positive, thorough and flexible and you have the ability to solve problems and make your own decisions while it is important that you realize the importance of the team's collective effort to achieve set goals.
• Strong emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
