About the position

As a project communicator, you will be a key person in creating clear, engaging and relevant communication about one of Sweden's most significant industrial projects. You work close to the business, where everything happens, and transform complex technical insights into content that reaches and touches.

This is an operational role with great responsibility and great opportunity to make an impact. You will be part of the Transformation Office in Luleå and work closely with the communications manager, project managers and experts. The position is a full-time position based in Luleå.

Please note that we are taking a summer break in recruitment during the Swedish industrial holiday, which runs from July 1 to early August. Your main responsibilities

• Plan, produce and publish content in internal and external communication channels.
• Follow closely the progress of the project, highlighting progress, people and milestones in the form of text, image and sometimes video.
• Develop and maintain structures and procedures for effective internal communication within the project.
• Ensure that the right message reaches the right audiences at the right time - with a tone and format that creates impact.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of press activities, media events and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with key internal functions and support communication work linked to the project's funding and sustainability goals.

About you

• We are looking for you who are communicative in both thought and action - a confident writer with the ability to see both the big picture and details.
• You like to build relationships, take your own initiatives and thrive in an environment where you can be both hands-on and creative.
• You are responsive, structured and good at adapting messages to different audiences.
• A degree in communication, journalism or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in qualified communication work, preferably in large or complex organizations.
• Very good ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English - you are a fast, confident and stylistically skilled writer.
• Experience working with digital communication channels and formats.
• A habit of translating complex information into clear and relevant communication.
