Customer and Delivery support is a department responsible for order handling, both orders directly to customers and orders to our internal and external warehouses.

Your main responsibilities

  • In your role as a sales coordinator, you will be responsible for the orders linked to our external customers and handle issues related to the order.
  • You will have daily contact with our sales offices around the world.

About you

  • We are looking for you with a relevant university education or where experience from similar work can be considered equivalent.
  • To succeed in the role of sales coordinator, you are a good and accustomed administrator who is orderly, structured and can work independently while being inspired by working in teams.
  • The role requires you to have good communication and adaptability to different individuals and cultures. You are responsive with a great sense of responsibility and good at conveying information in an international organization, both orally and in writing. If you speak and write fluently in other languages, this is an advantage.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and you are driven and motivated by problem solving.
  • You have good computer skills and knowledge of SAP and the Office package. Knowledge and work experience in the Service Now system are merited. We value your personal qualities highly.
